This is closer to how my workflow would actually be if I got Topaz Denoise. I applied it only once. I also did some noise reduction in Adobe camera raw and some more when I did the debanding. I was more aggressive about noise reduction this time. I figured if I suppressed noise until the threshold of losing important fine detail, that might be a good place to stop. I also tried out the Topaz add grain function here.

This time I let Photoshop do the color adjustment via an autolevels. I just tweaked the blue channel (there was a blue cast in the shadows) after that, then did a smart sharpen.
