Pictured is an abnormally growing chinaberry, Melia azedarach, growing along Great Northern Blvd in Austin Texas alongside the railroad tracks. The plants are growing in the berm separating the tracks from the roadway. Some nearby plants also exhibit this growth pattern. Others do not.
